Valvoline is actively recruiting for Support Center Representatives to join our team.

We will provide you with the tools and training you need to be successful in a 100% work from home environment.

Pay: Pay starting at $15.38/hour

Paid training and equipment provided by Valvoline

Schedule: Must be willing to work  12 – 9pm, 1 – 10pm, and 2 – 11pm EST including weekends (2 days off during the week).

In this Customer Support Roles, you would be responsible for:

  • Delivering world-class service to customers with issues and inquiries via phone
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
  • Maintaining customer relationships 
  • Using proprietary software programs to track calls
  • Utilizing research skills to troubleshoot customer issues
  • Providing proactive communication to internal and external customers

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of customer service experience or call center experience 
  • AS or BS degree a plus
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Team oriented
  • Flexibility to work late shift and weekends
  • Excellent verbal skills
