What you’ll do:

  • The day-to-day tasks of a ModSquad Associate Community Manager vary, but basic responsibilities may include:
  • Deliver operational tasks to ensure client success and satisfaction
  • Brainstorm activities, opportunities, and content to inspire or grow community 
  • Participate in crafting regular content calendars 
  • Research and identify new trends in our services market and within social media usage and platform innovation
  • Monitor social media platforms for trending hashtags, memes, and more
  • Work closely, efficiently, and effectively with internal departments as well as external clients and stakeholders 
  • Communicate daily with relevant partners and team members to ensure smooth delivery of services 
  • Write and edit blogs
  • Report KPIs to the development team to evidence success 
  • Build reports that showcase reason, trends, and opportunities
  • Manage and respond to customers through forum, website, and social media tools (native and 3rd party)
  • Support project management teams to meet client expectations and KPIs

What you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • The position requires excellent verbal and written skills; someone who is excited about social media and content creation, and has the ability to communicate, collaborate, and support effectively
