What you’ll do:

  • Process claims via inbound and outbound calls and/or chat module
  • Document all encounters in clear and concise logs 
  • Develop the knowledge of customer needs and trends to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Meet individual performance standards/metrics
  • Other tasks as needed

What you should have:

  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • At least 1 year of call center and/or customer service and data entry experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm
  • Must be willing to work normal business hours and occasional weekend days as needed
  • Must be within 90 miles from a local Accenture office 
  • While hardware is provided, the agent is responsible for their internet access (for which they will not be reimbursed)
