What you’ll do:
- Answer escalated emails
- Work queues related to orders not shipping
- Some outbound calls to customers may be required
- TrustArc Requests
- Order Updates
- This position will work closely with CS Supervisor and Department Manager to prioritize and complete work daily.
What you should have:
- Requires a high school diploma, GED, peak call center experience or business experience which reflects an intense seasonality, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Excellent communication and listening skills and the ability to emphasize with our customers.
- Successfully maintaining the energy and initiative required to meet the demands of a very short and intense “season”
- Utilizing the telephone in customer contact
- Ability to stay positive under sometimes stressful conditions
- Must have knowledge of personal computers and basic math and business operations
- Seasonal positions start in October- through December with the possibility of overtime
- WORKING REMOTE, 8:30 AM – 5 PM, Extended hours and Saturdays may be required
