What you’ll do:
- You are customer service.
- The phone, and the callers on the other end of the line, don’t scare you. In fact, making them happy makes your day.
- You don’t just want to follow a boring script handed to you by corporate. You know your products, your solutions, what your customer needs and how to work with your supervisors and the appropriate teams to make that happen.
What you should have:
- Call Center ExperienceMultiline phone and computer system experience
- The ability to talk and write detailed notes, all at the same time
- Proven history of meeting your call metrics
