Work from Home Receptionist – Hiring in all States
We have a nationally recognized sales team allowing us to grow continuously and provide advancement opportunities for our professionals.
What you’ll do:
- Answer the national Nova main phone line and route calls to appropriate staff
- Log requested calls
- Provide after-hour support to the Nova participant line and NovaIRA participant line
- Enter all requests for participant loans and distributions into the Nova client management system
- Provide data entry assistance for other Nova departments
- Provide administrative support as requested
- Provide backup when early day receptionist is on PTO (if mutually agreed)
- Assist with other tasks as needed
What you should have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 – 5 years of receptionist related job experience (data entry, phone answering, message taking, call routing, etc.)
- An appropriate, quiet home work environment including a high quality internet connection
- Some college coursework or other professional training a plus
- Knowledge of VOIP phone systems and phone etiquette including professional phone manners
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- Minimum bandwidth of 10 mbps(up speed) and 20 mbps(down speed) are required
- Superior organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Professional appearance (business casual attire) when on Zoom meeting or Microsoft Teams meetings
- Coachable, detail oriented, energetic and professional
- Strong work ethic
