Work from Home Receptionist – Hiring in all States

We have a nationally recognized sales team allowing us to grow continuously and provide advancement opportunities for our professionals.

What you’ll do:

  • Answer the national Nova main phone line and route calls to appropriate staff
  • Log requested calls
  • Provide after-hour support to the Nova participant line and NovaIRA participant line
  • Enter all requests for participant loans and distributions into the Nova client management system
  • Provide data entry assistance for other Nova departments
  • Provide administrative support as requested
  • Provide backup when early day receptionist is on PTO (if mutually agreed)
  • Assist with other tasks as needed

What you should have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 – 5 years of receptionist related job experience (data entry, phone answering, message taking, call routing, etc.)
  • An appropriate, quiet home work environment including a high quality internet connection
  • Some college coursework or other professional training a plus
  • Knowledge of VOIP phone systems and phone etiquette including professional phone manners
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Minimum bandwidth of 10 mbps(up speed) and 20 mbps(down speed) are required
  • Superior organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Professional appearance (business casual attire) when on Zoom meeting or Microsoft Teams meetings
  • Coachable, detail oriented, energetic and professional
  • Strong work ethic
  • Clean background check
